2-Year Warranty

Ride with confidence. CRISTOLY provides a two-year warranty on eligible bicycle purchases, subject to the terms below.

At CRISTOLY, we want you to enjoy your bicycle with confidence. Eligible bicycles purchased directly from CRISTOLY are covered by a 2-year warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the delivery date unless your order documentation or applicable law specifies otherwise.

Our warranty promise: Two years of warranty coverage for qualifying manufacturing and workmanship defects. The warranty does not replace any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

During the two-year warranty period, CRISTOLY will review reported product issues that may result from defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

Coverage is subject to inspection and confirmation that the issue qualifies under this policy. The warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from CRISTOLY, and proof of purchase may be required.

2. What Is Covered?

Subject to the terms of this policy, coverage may include:

  • Manufacturing defects affecting the bicycle frame or structural components.
  • Defects in materials or workmanship in covered components.
  • Qualifying mechanical or functional failures caused by a manufacturing defect.
  • Other defects expressly covered by the product's warranty documentation.

Coverage for individual components may depend on the manufacturer's terms and the nature of the issue. Contact us if you need confirmation about a specific component.

3. What Is Not Covered?

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear, including tires, brake pads, chains, grips, and other consumable parts.
  • Accidents, crashes, collisions, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
  • Incorrect assembly, installation, adjustment, or maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
  • Use outside the bicycle's intended purpose or stated operating limits.
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or safety guidance.
  • Theft, cosmetic damage after delivery, or damage caused by external events.

These exclusions do not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. When Does the Warranty Begin?

The two-year warranty period begins on the delivery date for the eligible purchase, unless your order documentation or applicable law provides otherwise. Please keep your order confirmation, proof of purchase, and any warranty documents.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you discover a possible defect, contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.
  • The product name and model, plus its serial number if available.
  • A description of the issue and when it first occurred.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue, where safe and practical.

Our team will assess your request and advise you on the next steps. We may request additional information or an inspection before deciding whether the issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

6. Warranty Remedies

If a claim is approved, CRISTOLY will determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer protection laws. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Repairing the affected product or component.
  • Replacing a defective component or product.
  • Providing a refund or another remedy where required by law or the applicable warranty.

We will explain the available remedy after reviewing the claim. Nothing in this policy removes a remedy that you are legally entitled to receive.

7. Shipping and Inspection

Please contact us before returning a bicycle or component for warranty assessment. We will provide the appropriate instructions and confirm any applicable shipping arrangements.

Responsibility for shipping and inspection costs will be determined under the applicable warranty terms and law. Do not ship products to an unconfirmed address.

8. Bicycle Safety and Maintenance

For your safety, assemble and maintain your bicycle according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check the brakes, wheels, tires, steering, drivetrain, and fasteners before riding.

If you notice a structural defect, brake failure, steering issue, or another problem that could make the bicycle unsafe, stop using it and contact our support team for guidance.

9. Consumer Rights

This two-year warranty is additional to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to your purchase. If applicable law gives you rights or remedies beyond this policy, those rights remain unaffected.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when necessary. Any update will not remove rights that already apply to a purchase under the applicable law or warranty terms.
